Our family has been treated by Dr. John O’Kane and another doctor for various sports related injuries over the years. Dr. O’Kane is a world class physician and has helped us find solutions and healing for each injury. We’re really impressed with the staff and have had nothing but positive experiences!
I had to come from 3 hours away and they called to cancel my husband's appointment due to provider illness when I was pulling into the parking lot. I had to take a day off of work and set up a hotel room so that I could make the trip for him. Somehow the provider isn't so sick that they can guarantee my husband could be seen on Wednesday, just 2 days from now. My husband has been living with debilitating pain from months while we waited for this appointment, and has to be in pain for the drive up as well. Very unprofessional... read more
Couldn’t even get in the door. VA and another provider sent over a referral, and it was denied based off of old information without any update. I had to call several times for a call operator to inform me, I haven’t spoken to anyone from the actual clinic. I have been told 4 times now to expect a call back, and have not been contacted. This clinic won’t even answer the phone for my VA provider. The doctor I saw was great, HOWEVER, the UW charges for a HOSPITAL room on top of the >$200 provider charge my insurance paid, so I had to pay $140 out of pocket for being seen in a one of their clinic rooms. (So, this 30 min totally normal clinic visit cost over $500 total) Apparently this is "legal" billing, but I find it fraudulent and WRONG. I was not in the hospital, I did not use any hospital equipement. They are double charging because they have figured out a way to do that at the patient's expense. Of course this was... read more
