Cray wait was between 30-40 min. There was a lack of communication and no answer to ringing the bell. When I did finally get addressed the tech was obviously mad . Showed no care or kindness. Was abrupt and rough especially when I was in because of pain. Overall Xray was a very unpleasant experience. This was such a contrast to the actual clinic visit with provider and staff. I think in the future I would choose another Xray facility
