Kavita, the dietician, asked me lots of questions and gave information & advice without shaming. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
If you are ill, they certainly DO compromise your care. I'VE HAD VERTIGO FOR MONTHS, the doctors and care practitioners sent my prescriptions to Walmart Sun Prairie and Walgreens in Monona. I LIVE IN FITCHBURG. They do not contact you if you have multiple pharmacies listed in your chart; instead, they send the prescription to the pharmacy at the top of the list. I just spoke with the clinical manager, who informed me that they are supposed to inquire about the preferred pharmacy for each prescription BEFORE SENDING.
Everything was explained to me in great detail.
