Greta, the audiologist, is very knowledgeable and explains exactly what is happening very clearly.
The care team is very attentive to my particular case, and they speak so well !
As always, Amanda was very helpful in explaining all my options, in an easy to understand way. I feel well informed to make my decisions based on her input.
Check in staff and audiologist were polite and professional. Explained results of test and gave options for treatment. Was on time.
