Had PT with Jodi. Very knowledgeable and kind and caring. Great experience
I received a notification to verify my email. In the process it says they sent a code but I never received it. So I make a second attempt to get a security code. It says they sent it. I don’t receive it. I check my junk box. It’s not there. I called your office. She led me through steps and I changed my password. It let me in to my “My Chart” site. But then later I try to go to My Chart and again it wants me to verify my email address. But it doesn’t Allow me to get in. It starts the whole process again. ?????
It was great to get in to see the physical therapist and determine what my problem is and the necessary procedures for treatment. I now have a path to get feeling better soon.
Kathryn was excellent. She was kind & compassionate, sensitive to my healh issues as it related to the tests. She gave me choices for my treatment.
Amy B was VERY informative and professional. Listened to my concerns and help set up ongoing program.
