While hospital is a maze, they offer airport style cart service. Staff from front door to x-ray tech were all wonderful as well as kind.
Called this morning Sept 18 @ 9:35 am to ask questions about my father who is scheduled to have a stress test. Called with a few questions. The lady that answered, just answered with her name. Did not even say “cardiac imaging, this is so and so. How can I help you?” Very rude and at the end of the conversation did not even say “thank you” or “Is there anything else I can help you with. “ Instead she just hung up the phone. Very rude.
