Therapy great. Desk person- terrible
Aug 20, 11:20AM appointment today. Dr. was stated on kiosk as 20 minutes late. I waited until 12:05PM, 45 minutes and then went to the desk and told them I had to leave. In my opinion, 45 minutes is an unreasonable length of time to wait. All the my chart and phone communication could have told me to delay my arrival.
Fantastic staff! Feeling better day by day!
