Dr Leonard is amazing. He takes the time with me and listens to my concerns. I've been seeing him for a while and he's very caring and explains everything to me.
Rana at UW orthopedics is great to work with. She provides accurate information and answers all my questions. She also almost always runs on time with her appointments! I look forward to to working with with her in the future.
The Doc was very short with me, would not listen to what I was saying. I felt like I was putting her out by even being their!!!!! My insurance is giving me a hard time about paying for my surgery and I needed execution paperwork filled out so I can try and have the surgery their and wanted to take to her about who will fill it out / I asked if someone could call me when it has to be filled out and she didn't even ignolage what I was saying. Very upset about my appointment!!!!
