Upon trying to schedule a proactive visit for my 4 month old, I was told the earliest visit was ~8 weeks out. I sought other assistance. This office (specifically nurse Jamie M.) then called DCFS as a result. Called back to schedule about visit a month later (no medical issues or concerns at this point with my child other than to satisfy nurse Jamie's MyChart message and letter of "thou shall be seen",) and was again told my child could not be seen for ~8 weeks.
