We are trying to make an appointment for our daughter to be seen through the Priority OrthoCare Clinic, however, each time we call, we get an automated message that says they are overrun, not taking appointments, and instructing patients to go through their primary care provider or urgent care with an infuriating note at the end "this message will now disconnect." Pam from OrthoCare Now called and was absolutely unhelpful, sending me back to a rheumatologist who’d already recommended I see an orthopedist for sudden knee pain. Can’t bear any weight on knee and in risk of falling.
A wonderful service. From the receptionist and nurse who set up the appointment, check in and check out staff, to the person who wheeled me around, to the X-ray tech, athletic trainer and Dr. Wilson- everyone was kind, knowledgeable and efficient! Highly recommend this for anyone with a new ortho injury.
This facility is very nice and the wait is usually short to get in. The staff is very professional and accommodating. I have a hazardous job and have come here with many injuries for urgent care and follow-up PT at the American Center.
