Aurora used to be great. In the last year or two they’ve severely went downhill. I hate the fact that you have to talk to some customer service center who also has to reach out to the office you want to talk to and it takes 20 minutes to schedule an appointment! If you can’t get a scheduled appointment, then it’s runaround back-and-forth phone tag. Their billing department is severely messed up as well as they did a bunch of updates and magically. Was harassed by a pencil neck security officer who try to badger me and my parents for absolutely no reason when someone overheard our conversation about someone not even at that hospital!
