Knew I needed to have a hip replacement, was in severe pain and called UW Health. I was routed to orthopedics and Dr. Nickels nurse. She suggested a combination of over the counter drugs! I still marvel at the compassion and professionalism of my first UW Health contact through my eventual meeting with Doctor Nickel.
