I am very grateful for the excellent, necessary care that I received from Dr. Warner. I would choose him again for his expertise and skill. All of the other staff members are also very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, I have been frustrated by my last two appointments, because they each took nearly 2 hours. Probably 90% of that time was spent waiting for the techs or the physician. Very happy with my care with Dr. Conlin. But being on hold for over 30 minutes each time I call (to speak with just a scheduler) and all providers being booked out 7+ months is not effective health care. I was looking to reschedule a September appointment (called in March) since I knew in advance that I was unable to make that appointment, and was told the earliest appointment with Dr. Conlin is May of 2024. Very frustrating.
