**UPDATE** I was able to actually speak with someone today and got my issues resolved. I really love my doctor! Dr. Abigail Jebaraj and her staff have been nothing but kind and helpful. What I can't stand is the 30+ min hold times just to either be hung up on or told the ONLY ph# to call them got me to the wrong place to be transferred and wait another 30+ mins on hold. I don't even need to schedule an appointment, I'm trying to get some paperwork for my insurance that I didn't know I needed before I left my appointment. I j... read more
I am very grateful for the excellent, necessary care that I received from Dr. Warner. I would choose him again for his expertise and skill. All of the other staff members are also very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, I have been frustrated by my last two appointments, because they each took nearly 2 hours. Probably 90% of that time was spent waiting for the techs or the physician. I am not sure why this clinic runs so far behind but I have never encountered this issue in any other medical specialty, at UW Health o... read more
