I had the most lovely young ladies who took my blood today. I expressed my fear and asked to lay down - after getting in the room they were so kind and thoughtful and talked me through the entire experience and I barely felt a thing - I wish I knew there names but I hope they can get recognized for their kindness during something that can be scary for some people - bravo ladies!!
