As always, Dr. Braughton is very efficient very kind and enjoyable to chat with. She was able to take my hearing aids and update them, which is amazingly wonderful. I highly recommend her.

You need to staff more ENT’s in the Rockford area, so people losing their hearing can get timely and valuable attention- I got to see an ENT finally, after an appointment 6 weeks after my loss- that’s inexcusable and wrong!
My visit with both doctor ZAhurulla and his nurse practitioner was very pleasant. They were both very personable and explained everything that was being done and what my problem was and how to treat it.
