I have a pretty complex medical history. My experience with Dr. Floden has been positive from the beginning. She shares information that makes it easy for me to follow along with the care plan. She’s not judgmental and offers me options in terms of my care.
I was met by the receptionist, promptly put in an exam room. Waited no more than 2 minutes for the nurse and then met with the doctor, who was well prepared and answered all my concern. Top rate service and professionalism.
Great care and easy to speak with. Sent a message thru my chart and got right in. Spent ample time with me to explain the details, next step, and very thorough.
Clinic is in a great location and well layout both outside and inside. Bathroom were very clean. Well staffed throughout facility. Nurses and Doctors excellent. MyChart experience is getting better too.
