PROS: Staff I've talked to has always been knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help and answer questions. Orders have so far all arrived without error and on time. My health insurance has so far been billed correctly every time. (*high five!* because that last one is a heck of a thing to straighten out, let me tell you). I’d give zero stars if I could because I’ve gotten zero service from Chartwell. I’ve been trying for two months to get supplies from them because my insurance carrier says to use this service. I’ve left numerous messages and talked to a live person once and nobody calls back. I’m not sure how they make any money. One thing is for certain, I make insurance decisions at my place if work and Quartz will hear about this. My employees deserve better than this.
This is one of the worst organizations I have ever dealt with. It was ok when uw health ran this site, but since chartwell took over I have received bills for transactions that happened over a year ago. And I'm sure I don't owe them anything. Find another CPAP supplier.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Rachel yesterday. She helped me tremendously with getting the proper fittings for compression stockings. I tried them on today and couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Home Health Services. Rachel was very knowledgeable and made me feel at home while dealing with a very scary medical situation!
