If I could give 0 stars I would. Same issues as all the other reviews- horrible communication, billing is an unorganized mess, and multiple providers who can’t be bothered to read your chart prior to a procedure. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

I did ultimately have success here, which I am grateful for. However, I was not satisfied with the overall quality of care I received. There were multiple times throughout my experience where emotional support was lacking, particularly from some members of the nursing staff. The top things that needed to happen, happened here for us! Firstly, the HSG done by Megan went so well. I was terrified of the procedure; the staff here helped me with anxiety, and the actual procedure was done with clear communication, professionally, and quickly. Next, our first IUI was successful!!!! We had PCOS and male factor elements working against us, but the staff here completed the HSG and IUI in one cycle for us. Jasmine was wonderful as well. Scheduling and timing were a problem for getting the HSG on the books ... read more
