Dr Cooney and Dr Sood are amazing at what they do, and have really good bedside manner. worst place ever...my advice is if you are going through infertility treatment find a team that works with you all the time (the same ppl). each time i had iui i had different drs all asked me the same questions, when its in the chart...both consults the dr said i had pcos..then said i needed a egg donor, i went for a second opinion and you know what. that second opinion doctor looked at my labs and said i dont have pcos and egg donor was premature (very condecending dr, no sympathy) the saddest part was it took the 4th doct... read more
The top things that needed to happen, happened here for us! Firstly, the HSG done by Megan went so well. I was terrified of the procedure; the staff here helped me with anxiety, and the actual procedure was done with clear communication, professionally, and quickly. Next, our first IUI was successful!!!! We had PCOS and male factor elements working against us, but the staff here completed the HSG and IUI in one cycle for us. Jasmine was wonderful as well. Their billing department really is engaging in some shady practices. The amount of stress and time you all have sucked away from me trying to deal with getting labs removed from my bill that were taken against my knowledge while at AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT CLINIC getting labs drawn FOR SOMETHING ELSE ENTIRELY is completely absurd. I really can't emphasize enough that these people are impossible to communicate with and honestly have broken my trust in the entire UW system, let alone this stupid clinic.
Underwent IUI x3. Called in to notify of start of menstrual period each time with recs to reschedule next procedure, yet the nurse and providers looking over my chart for each prior didn’t look at my data to learn my periods were all starting too early. Learned from one appointment at an alternative location who caught this knowing most likely reason was due to low progesterone level. Sure enough progesterone has been chronically low, not sustainable with carrying a baby. Ive been on progesterone supplements since. I waisted... read more
