My autistic grandchild was in the emergency room last night with a mental health situation and the emergency room doctor treated her horribly! Made her feel very depressed and apparently does not know anything about mental health and should not be giving advice to patients that come into the emergency room about areas she knows NOTHING about! A formal complaint will be made with customer care!
If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would, I waited two hours in the waiting room although there was no one in the hospital at the time. I was treated very rudely and there was no sense of urgency or care about my situation. Literally GO ANYWHERE ELSE, I will never come back to this hospital again even if the situation was life or death
In and out in less than 2 hours in the evening on the weekend. My wife saw the physician in less than 15 minutes from walking in the door. The care provided was excellent.
I was seen here recently for a illness to be treated very rude! I was given no information on my concerning condition, fever,bp etc. One of the aids drops the cap to my powerade on the floor and says oops and put back on my drink. Im pretty sure that contaminated now. No blankets no companion. This is the second time with this place NEVER AGAIN!!!! The first time was horrible too!!!! Avoid this place .
