Very good bedside maner
Disgusting facilities
Staff at front desk very rude,hostile,and no compassion. I would not recommend emergency service. They need to train staff to be compassionate, and how to communicate to patients and family. They also do not have a waiting room in the ER for family. I was told I can't sit in waiting room to wait for family while they were checking on there son. I was told I had to wait outside or in my car. The employee was very rude and should not be working in health care.
While this is waaayyyyyy better than Meriter and ye downtown Madison. Never have I been stuck in a room with no darn blanket.
My surgery was perfect and my physical therapy is going wonderfully. The entire staff has been fantastic. I took off one star because the emergency department is awful and shouldn't even be connected to the rest of the hospital.
