I had a great experience with UW Health. From the moment I walked in the front door everyone was so kind and helpful. The building is very clean and bright. I was able to find my appointment location very quickly and easy. I had Mohs surgery and was very nervous about the procedure. Dr Swanson and his team are absolutely amazing. They explained everything to me during the whole procedure. They made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment. Everyone was very nice and efficient during my visit. I was in and out in a relatively short period of time.
From the moment we entered the building, the staff went above and behind to make the check in process quick and told us exactly where to go. The waiting time was minimal. Again, the doctor and nurses went above and beyond their duties. Everyone was so kind and in a great mood! Even in the cafe! Thank you for doing an amazing job! We have recently switched to UW and we love it!
I'd never been to the new facility on the far east side. Give yourself a little extra time to navigate the building. With that said, they have tons of people in the lobbies/on the first floor who are super helpful. It's a beautiful space. And the team that did my procedure were absolute pros and they have the intake, procedure, post-op systems running like a well-oiled machine. I had very little wait times, really nice doctors, students, and nurses; and I felt very safe in their care.
Excellent facility. Staff was courteous and made me feel very comfortable
