From the minute you get off the elevators you are greeted by friendly receptionists. Nurses that room, answer phone calls (Karla) are beyond kind. When I leave a message on My Chart I get a message back right away. Then of course the Physicians Dr. Temprano, Sabb, are Simply the Best!!! This has been a frustrating eye journey but I know I’m in good hands with this group.
Everyone I interacted with was both friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling confident that I’ receiving excellent care.
