The ladies at the front desk (I apologize for forgetting their names) were curtious and very helpful. Jean R was a pleasure to talk with. Very knowledgeable and a studious note taker. Her bright demeanor along with positive affirmations helped ease into our conversation while keeping it light. Additionally, she is understanding of all things surrounding my diagnosis. Which was very reassuring.
