Very personal and informative. Appreciated the time taken to explain and answer all my questions.
My interactions with Nurse Practicioner Lauren and Dr. Tessman were exceptional. Both are excellent listeners and communicators.
The doctors that I met with really set my mind at ease and helped me feel comfortable with a surgery I was very much afraid to have. Everyone I interacted with in the clinic from the information desk, check in areas, lab, xray, were all friendly and top notch.
UW Madison is a class act. All the way around. This is the place to go. Do not go to UW swedish American hospital in Rockford. They scored a d in their grading and I was a patient there they suck
I feel blessed to be able to get my mitral valve repaired with a minimally invasive procedure. I am really happy!
