It turned out to be a rough day, the biopsy needed to be repeated at a different angle. The radiologist, the two nurses doing the procedure the first time and then the second procedure were caring (plus sympathetic). They did their best to make an uncomfortable (and the second biopsy was really painful) situation as tolerable as possible. I got through it, but only because everyone was listening to me. The radiologist heard me and skipped the last biopsy due to my pain.
TL;DR: Strongly recommend traveling to other centers in Milwaukee or Chicago for treatment due to gross administrative/bureaucratic disorganization and having patient's needs ignored for weeks. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer that has high potential to become invasive in May. Since then, she has been trying to schedule her mastectomy and breast reconstruction.
