Received my flu vaccine and the immunizer did not give the injection correctly. It was very high and very close to my shoulder joint which was caused more pain than expected. Please provide additional training to staff so IM vaccines are given correctly in the deltoid muscle.
Christiaan L. was very attentive to my issue. He asked all the right questions and sought to find the best solution for my problem.
