I'm not sure what the point of this clinic is. We got a referral for our son. I called to double check on an appointment. No one called me back. I got him diagnosed and helped elsewhere. It's been months no call back. Pretty disgraceful for a UW clinic.

Wouldn’t know how the doctors are. We were denied an appointment and I’m 99.9% certain it is due to my child having state insurance. Interesting how a friend who has a child with private insurance was seen within three weeks. They took some info over a less than 10 minute call, called the next day to let me know there are no providers able to see my child. They know nothing about them. Nice facilities. But very pushy and high pressure with vaccinations. Nurses don't take no for an answer very easily. And when they do, they want you to sign a form stating you are aware that you are endangering your child and others. Pediatrician was nicer, but overall we didn't feel like they took our interests, research or concerns seriously. Infant was sick for months and didn't get the root problem taken care of until we went elsewhere.
