Nurses did a food job at check in. NTE Doctor was excellent. Showed professional abilities and listened to my concerns. Took care to minimize pain while removing a large quanity of wax. Recommended.
Walking into the clinic we were assisted right away on where to go first. For such a large building it is very well organized. All staff were welcoming with a friendly atmosphere. Once upon a time to the clinic for my appointment it only got better. MA and Doctor were excellent.
The disabled parking spaces are too far away from the entrance. There are vehicle charging stations closer to the entrance than some disabled parking. There needs to be better and more signs inside directing patients to elevators and clinics.
Doctor was on time, caring and recommended another visit in 3 months. Checking out was easy and the guy was super nice and attentive.
