You know, for something that kills you in your sleep, this lab is in no hurry to get you scheduled to fix it... I still do not understand how it takes 4-5 months to even be able to schedule an appointment. Something is seriously wrong with this lab and whoever runs it. If you're that backed up, OPEN ANOTHER FACILITY.
My client had an appointment on the evening of 2/20/24. My client who is mentally ill and was very anxious on this evening because of this appointment, repeated himself several times, as this is a symptom of his mental illness. There were only 2 staff members as it was 9pm at night...so to the lady that was working on Thursday evening, YOU WERE EXTREMELY RUDE TO MY CLIENT AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR!
