Very clean and very friendly staff. I’m glad there is great healthcare like this without having to leave Rockford.
Clean facility staff friendly and courteous and skilled at their job very efficient and professional!
The wait time wasn’t long at all, the facility was clean albeit a little cramped in the area for lab work but fine. One of the staff did have a sort of rude tone but I’m choosing to believe that she didn’t mean it to come off rude.
