Ok so Dr. Asner was great. I came with a giant health history written down on a notepad with all my questions and follow up questions. He was not (visibly) annoyed 🫠and didn’t rush me out. Instead he was patient and listened and made me feel heard. Solid advice too. Real pro. PS Mercy sucks.
I took my grandmother to her first appointment at this clinic and the front desk assistant and our nurse were a delight! It came to a surprise when our actual doctor, initials (F. A), was quite the opposite. She entered with a dry greeting and proceeded to read off information of another patient. I tried to explain to her that the information was inaccurate and instead of listening to the patient, she became argumentative. The gentleman at the reception desk was very helpful and greeted me with such welcome. Very short wait time and all of the nurses, the flabotomist (which I felt no needle prick- yey!), radiologist and practitioners were so nice and introduced themselves and explained clearly what they were going to do before execution of treatment. All were very attentive and caring. Thanks to all for such wonderful and amazing care!
I truly appreciate this clinic, they've always been so wonderful! That being said, I needed to call in a refill for my meds, and the voicemail box stated to "wait to leave a voicemail for your perscriber", and according to the voicemail message, it would be redirected to the voicemail of the PCP. I called TWICE, and both times waited over 20 minutes, with no connection to any kind of voicemail. after waiting 20 minutes during my second call I decided to try to press 0 or any other numbers that typically lead to an Operator. ... read more
I use this clinic for lab work. The staff are very friendly and professional. Both phlebotomists are excellent at their job and easy to work with. With each appointment, I am in and out in no time.
