The office staff is patient, friendly, concerned about the patient, and professional. Dr. Kaufman excels in every aspect of her duties. Her retirement is well deserved and I will miss her greatly.
Excellent service by the person answering the phone, the nurse following up, the appointment for the next day, the nurse practitioner I saw at my visit, the x-ray technician and the lab technician. All seemed to be interested in serving me as a patient. An excellent medical practice.
