I met my new dr taking over for Dr Burkard today. I really appreciate all of her time.
The design of this building is intentionally homey however in achieving it, it misses the mark of an efficient facility. Minimal directional signage in the public spaces forces one to the "guest services" information desk where doctors gather in front of the desk for no apparent reason & the guest services staff is clearly annoyed by receiving so many directional questions that they are snarky, antagonistic & the opposite of helpful.
