I was referred to dr Taylor for gallstones. He was great, very informative and polite. He scheduled me for surgery and wasn’t very pleasant on the day of surgery. During my check up he mostly dismissed my concerns but signed off another 2 weeks of leave for work. Before surgery I paid 600, thought I was done. Nope just got a bill for 1,000 and billed my insurance 20,000+
Took my Dad here to the ER for kidney stone issue, the nurses and doctor were so kind, caring, empathetic, helpful. They really took care of him. The wait time was fast (6am no wait) but getting out took a bit longer (3H total), wasn’t their fault I heard another patient keeping our nurse stuck in convo lol. Thank you for your care.
After spending the last 20 years hearing UVMC/Premier was not as good, safe, etc as Kettering we had rarely used UVMC. I started having constant issues at Kettering, ridiculous wait times, no return calls, escalating complaints to not even receive a return call, etc, which prompted me to switch a few doctors to Premier.
