Oh I had a paracentesis in the ER and the LNA and RN would not help me out of bed even when I was saturated in Urine. Unusual but I worked there for 17 years and anything is possible.
Great hospital and doctors
What can I say about UVM Hospital here in Vermont..Wow..The grounds are sure kept up very clean outside. As well as inside the hospital as well.
Though there are a few excellent staff and physicians to give it a one star, this is a medical center that arbitrarily enforces policy during appointments and procedures. Why not it is in the same network with CVPH in Plattsburgh rating high in legal suits in the US and unreasonable practice. I had a pain management physician look at me and directly lie! This place is not advocating for patients, they exist and are trained to protect the hospital UVMMC from law suits. While this became apparent to me while working with one of their advocates, it became obvious to me when speaking with Jack today. He was on the defensive the whole time and threatened to hang up on me while trying to have a respectful and productive conversation, telling me I need to do my homework along with other condescending things throughout the phone call, and repeatedly asks me what he can do for me.
