Was told 4 years ago that I was hospitalized after 3 serious siezures in one day. I was told I have epilepsy and prescribed medication for it. A year later another medication for migraines. Then I get a new Dr. as mine left. I asked about a service dog and was then told we don't actually have a diagnosis for you, therefore we won't wright a letter for you. RecommendedGreat staff and exceptional at answering all my questions. I felt like I was in great hands.
I have had two visits now and the office staff seems very disorganized and never get tests results as needed. I want to see a doctor that knows what he is talking about, not one that says " My best guess is..."This is my health! It's not something you have a best guess about!!!My PCP was notified how my visits have gone and is very upset the way I was treated. I think Chantel Roy-Hewitson, has absolutely no manners. And what she wrote in her after visit summary is totally wrong. I don’t appreciate her lying. I will not be going back to see her she is one of the worst doctors UVM ever hired. I will be telling everybody I know not to go see her.
