Incredibly rude and unhelpful front staff (Robin), and condescending clinical team. People deserve better medical facilities that foster kindness, curiosity and understanding. Super disappointing.

They will spend time with you and really get to know your situation and then go further by researching your case with your best interests in mind. They have made an uncertain situation feel comfortable and put me at ease. I look forward to continuing to work with them and would recommend them to anyone seeking genetic counseling.
