The services provided in the ER are sometimes mediocre and incomplete. I'll say it's a 75% chance of getting someone that isn't just going through the motions to get a paycheck. Appeared to get better after UVM pulled them under their wing, but sadly, it's going back to the old days. Staffing shortages are definitely a problem. Pandemic hit them hard.

Hopefully, costs will soon affect them so much care will begin to suffer. What am I saying, it can't get any worse. The police are called to Alice Hyde daily to deal with unhappy patients, and sooner or later someone will be hurt. Yet this hospital and Burlington pay no attention at all.
