Absolutely the worst. Terrible provider, Wrong diagnosis, costing me almost $1,000 in imaging studies, no follow ups, terrible staff. Total disgrace to medical profession.

The staff is incompetent and rude. My doctor Ben is routinely, giving me issues about paperwork that I need filled out for work regarding my health condition. I was told going to this UVA primary care health office that would be umbrella so my UVA care team could communicate with each other however they are not and I’m still being told to make unnecessary appointments.

Difficult to get a hold of someone via telephone. I have been calling for two days, waited for almost an hour without speaking with anyone.

Absolutely the worst office. The providers have also become futile. The fact that UVA keeps funding this office is exceedingly worrisome. I have lost respect for UVA. No respectful academic institution should associate itself with such office.

Love the doctors. Dr Johnson is the absolute best pediatrician! He is the reason we continue to deal with UVA health. It’s extremely difficult to make or cancel an appointment. I’ve just sat on hold for 50 minutes just trying to cancel my appointment. The whole time hearing the message that with too many cancelations or no shows you’ll be removed from their system. Yet I am unable to change or cancel my appointments in a timely manner because they don’t answer their phones.
