1-star review simply because I can't even call them. When I dial the number I get a "your call cannot be completed right now" and the one time I did get through - I was put on automatic hold for scheduling an appointment and then it just auto loops until eventually the call dropped (as if they have a time out feature on it)....
Dr. Johnson is an incredible doctor, has a great bedside manner and has a way of explaining everything and answering any questions without being condescending in anyway. My children have been seeing him for almost 10 years and have never once received poor care or felt rushed by him.
So I had a review up here and I took it down after my doctor mentioned it at my appointment. mistake number one at UVA primary healthcare by Benjamin Garrison second mistake he got me fired from my job. I request an appointment. My job explained they needed FMLA paperwork in by two weeks. Absolutely the worst. Terrible provider, Wrong diagnosis, costing me almost $1,000 in imaging studies, no follow ups, terrible staff. Total disgrace to medical profession.
