I love the providers at this office. Ben PA is THE BEST! He takes the time to ask questions and address concerns. I never feel rushed. He is personable. A+ for bedside manner. He uses shared decision making when deciding treatments so you never feel left out of deciding what is the best course of treatment for you. Dr. Johnson and his nurse are great with my little one. 1-star review simply because I can't even call them. When I dial the number I get a "your call cannot be completed right now" and the one time I did get through - I was put on automatic hold for scheduling an appointment and then it just auto loops until eventually the call dropped (as if they have a time out feature on it)....
