After reading all the other reviews, I realize I'm not the only one. Steve Fetcho was the BEST, which is why I stayed with this practice for so long. But he is no longer here doing primary care. Ever since Steve left, my experience has been terrible to say the least. Impossible to get appointments with your own doctor, a whole bunch of providers who just don't care and keep interrupting you when you talk and rushing you out of the door as fast as possible, extremely high provider turnover rates, etc. I don't know what's wron... read more
If I could give a 0 I would give one for Ina Itzkovitz! She is is not fit to oversee the healthcare of a dog she came into the appointment hotheaded over opinionated and dismissed my healthcare concerns. Switched over to Dr.Varney about a year and a half ago and I was thrilled with her. She’s an amazing doctor and I wish I could still see her. But the wait time for an appointment is INSANE. I had an appointment scheduled earlier this year and she had to cancel. No problem, it was a busy time for me too. Called back later to reschedule and they could only get me in months later in October. I like her so much I decided to go ahead and schedule. I scheduled an appointment last year for a simple primary care checkup-- the earliest they had available was 11 months away. A few days ago, they let me know that the provider they scheduled me to see is leaving, but there are no appointments available to reschedule so I have to wait for someone else to cancel to get a checkup. It is crazy to me that they could make me wait so long for an appointment only to cancel it at the last minute with no alternative.
