I saw Dr Amy Lance on 11/12/25 . It was NOT a good experience. Sue did not offer me a full eye exam with the dilating drops - I had to talk her into it in spite of the fact that she said in the appointment that she recommends a full eye exam once a year and in spite of the fact that I told her I haven’t had an eye exam in 18 months . Dr. Kaufmann is "everything"!! I would recommend him to ANYONE for contacts. He is so POSITIVE AND INSPIRING. I thought there was no help for my vision and he helped with what 3 other providers could not '" ROCK STAR FOR SURE"!!!!
Your triage system is a tragedy waiting to happen… oh wait, tragedy already has happened and people have lost their eyesight!!!! NOTHING has changed. Get rid of the train wreck centralized call center and do better for patients and staff
I requested an appointment online on 11/27/24. They called me today 12/30/24!! I didn't even bother asking when there was an appointment. They are usually months out. This is horrible. I said I no longer needed one which was true. I went elsewhere.
