I want to share a very positive experience today with Louise, from the triage line. I had called Monday, Tuesday and earlier today, but no other person had helped. Louise immediately explained the situation and what I needed to do. Three frustrating conversations over three days and one conversation with Louise answered my question. I hope you share this review and have Louise talk with the other people in the office. She is excellent!
My daughter was seen by Katherine Kruse and Anthony Marino twice in the last month (yesterday being one of those times) for symptoms of cough, fever, and sore throat pain... Neither time did they do any tests to see what was going on. They just kept saying it was viral and it would have to run its course. She told them at yesterday's appointment that she thought she had strep throat. Their response to that was *the symptoms were not consistent with strep*.
