This place doesn't even deserve a one rating , they have been putting through the wringer that last 3+ years . They wanted me to lose weight to be reinstated on transplant list and I lost 60+ pounds and I got reinstated. Then I went through 5 hours of psychological testing and passed with flying colors and had to pay over $50 for transportation to get there which was a waste of time and money, because I was in hospital a few days for mental health , now I got wait another 6-12 months to get reinstated again . UVA transplant center west complex-liver @ 1300 jefferson park ave.4th floor. The staff and doctor Mezina are wonderful! I trust their work,knowledge and dedication they give to me as a patient. I am so grateful and thankful to have such wonderful people in my life at such a difficult time from being diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver.
