Apparently when your grandfather goes in for emergency surgery, they lose his personal and medically necessary items. Hearing aids, dentures and glasses worth thousands of dollars just vanished while patient is under anesthesia. No help in locating items. Absolutely vile and disgusting behavior.

My combat veteran came in one night, did not get fairly treated! The second night we went back, the who crew was a different set. They treated him like a veteran should be treated. They listened to him talk, met his needs, and when they moved him upstairs, the staff was also very helpful and met his need, especially when he could explain what was ailing him. Went to labor and delivery due to bp over 190\95. Was told it came down. Not sure why it was up but not to come back unless the baby is coming or I loose consciousness and not to waste everyone's time again. I had called and asked if I should come in and was told TO by the same doctor who told me I was wasting everyone's time. Thanks DR. W

I had requested an obgyn appointment- specifically a Mammogram- as I have/had felt a lump in my breast where I had a previous lumpectomy procedure done at Sentara in VB in 2019. It has now been 2 weeks with no follow up, no call back, text, email. Nothing. No appointment. I, personally have never dealt with a University Healthcare program with this stature and, well, UVA is not it. I'll seek treatment elsewhere.
