UVA saved my life!
Billing practices should be investigated.
This is a review of UVA optometrist group. The doctors are great but the support staff, including their scheduling and medical support team (whomever the people are when you press #5 when you call their number- to include their supervisor) are horrific. Incompetent, very unhelpful, mis label services, and flat out rude. Even the doctors get frustrated with them. I had a horrible experience that I am elevating to patient relations.
