To be honest, it feels like the only priority at this location is how many prescriptions can be sold and how many vaccines can be administered. There is absolutely no focus on honest, wholesome healing or genuine patient care. It’s just about selling drugs and getting people out the door as fast as possible. The providers are not the issue . The women that answer the phone always have an attitude and act like you are inconveniencing them when you call to make an appointment or ask a question. If you hate your job that much find another one!
We've been on the phone for about two hours asking about Urgent Care availability through different UVA locations and the call to this location was by far the worst interaction of our morning.
Worst doctors (N.P.s) ever. I visited this office on 2 different occasions for two different issues. Ignored every symptom I described, shoved unnecessary prescriptions at me, and said, verbatim, “we are more like urgent care.” What? I came for a proper visit, not a rushed band-aid session! Avoid this place-total waste of time and money. This is not the same family practice from years before. Website is outdated and shows multiple doctors which are no longer at this place of business.
