Came in for basic preventative stuff. Billed thousands for the first visit, $300+ for the five-minute followup, which insurance covered even less of overall. They're not even billing the correct insurance even after updating it through the portal. Never coming to this place again--can't even get a basic checkup in 2026 without someone trying to rob you.
Wait is always quick, appointments are easy to schedule, and Dr Hotchkiss always makes me feel validated and comfortable.
Doctor Hotchkiss is awesome . . . Staff always friendly
To be honest, it feels like the only priority at this location is how many prescriptions can be sold and how many vaccines can be administered. There is absolutely no focus on honest, wholesome healing or genuine patient care. It’s just about selling drugs and getting people out the door as fast as possible.
