I have nothing but good things to say about this urgent care. They solved a problem with pain I've been having for months in less than 20 minutes where 5 different doctors could not. They took amazing care, are super friendly, and are very good at what they do. I've used them twice now and both experiences were terrific and helpful.
This place is always struck me as not being patient focused. But I’ve never left a review before. They always kind of the minimum but it’s a small town so there are no options After 6 PM, except this in the ER. Tonight I went in because the hours are posted 8 AM to 8 PM. I went to the door, empty, waiting room, and I thought perfect. But no, they’re turning patients away who need to see a doctor because they’re trying to play catch-up with paperwork. Gone here at least 4 times over the last 3 years (2x since UVA took over) and the care and speed have always been excellent. We were in and out in 20 mins today, and the RX beats us to Walgreens everytime.
