I loved this office before it was purchased by UVA. Now that UVA owns it patients are numbers and the more number they have the more money they make but as a result you have to wait 3 weeks or more to get appointments with providers. I have a mom who is 85 and everytime I call to make an appointment I am told they have no providers available and to take her to urgent car or the hospital. Telling and 85 year old you are taking them to urgent care or the hospital sounds like the end of the road for them. They dont go. I need a... read more
Since UVA took over it has been absolutely disappointing. Profit over patient care now. There are way better options in Warrenton. I would not recommend.
