I called Central scheduling and they rapidly got me an appointment with Haymarket imaging(normally I go to Prince William Hospital center, but they were booked far out and it’s understandable) I had a wonderful experience. I checked in at 9 AM and Miss Genesis at the reception desk was very kind and very efficient. Their billing is criminal! They were labeled as "in network" and charged $2331 for 9 blood panels that I have since confirmed another in network facility would've charged $68 for...absolutely ridiculous!!!
I had an appointment at 10:15. Arrived at 10am. By 11:07 I was still sitting in the lobby waiting yet people are being called left and right. I inquired when I was going to be seen and was told they were short staffed, but again everyone was being called back except me. People who arrived way after me was being called as well. I eventually just left. Will let my provider know and schedule elsewhere.
