The front desk lady seems to believe she runs the entire establishment, often speaking out of turn. The front desk gentleman, displaying all the charm of a stubborn mule, seems to lack basic interpersonal skills. Their behavior is so unprofessional that they might be better off staying at home. While I hold immense respect for healthcare workers, especially after the pandemic, encountering individuals like these makes me question the credibility of these institutions. This facility does NOT care about patient health. They refused to see me even with an appointment. The reception staff are rude and could care less about trying to help people in pain. The Urgent care will try ANYTHING to avoid treating patients. Apparently, none of the doctors on site are trained to actually treat patients and will refer everyone to the ER. Do not waste your time or mental health.

Absolutely the worst experience. They don't return calls. They don't communicate. When you finally get a appointment scheduled they reschedule or give you 10 different numbers and nobody will commit to helping you. The doctors don't return messages or help with referrals.

With two kids in multiple sports, we have had multiple injuries needing treatment. Dr. Frymoyer has been wonderful to say the least. He’s prompt, and thoroughly assesses what our kids are saying & feeling with each injury, etc. It’s clear sports medicine and helping his patients feel their best, is a passion.
